- How long does a treatment take?
- Intramuscular (IM) injections take about 15 minutes. Intravenous (IV) infusions take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the IV drip you choose.
- What is injection and infusion therapy?
- IM injections deliver vitamins into a muscle for gradual absorption. IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals and fluids directly into your bloodstream, bypassing digestion for faster, more efficient absorption.
- How early can I book?
- As early as 5 am, seven days a week — evenings, weekends and group bookings included. Need something outside listed hours? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
- Do I need a health assessment first?
- Yes. All new clients complete a short nursing assessment with our Registered Nurse to confirm eligibility and personalize your treatment.
